On December 27, 2024, during the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race, Porco Rosso crew member Luke Watkins was swept overboard approximately 60 nautical miles off the New South Wales coast. After about 45 minutes in the water, he was rescued by his crew. (abc.net.au)
