THE STORY

In the 2018 NFC Championship on January 20, 2019, the New Orleans Saints led the Los Angeles Rams 20–17 late in the fourth quarter. On third-and-10, Drew Brees threw an incomplete pass to Tommylee Lewis, who was contacted by Rams cornerback Nickell Robey-Coleman before the ball arrived. Officials did not call pass interference. The Saints settled for a field goal, the Rams tied the game, and eventually won 26–23 in overtime.
