THE STORY
During the 2019 Singapore Grand Prix on September 22, Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc were leading the race. To protect Vettel from Red Bull's Max Verstappen, Ferrari called him in for an early pit stop on lap 19, undercutting Leclerc, who pitted a lap later. This strategy resulted in Vettel finishing first and Leclerc second, marking Ferrari's first 1-2 finish since 2017. (formula1.com)
