THE STORY
On October 18, 2015, during a Week 6 NFL game at Lucas Oil Stadium, the Indianapolis Colts attempted a fake punt on fourth-and-3 from their own 37-yard line while trailing 27-21 in the third quarter. The poorly executed play resulted in a turnover on downs and contributed to the Colts' 34-27 loss. Miscommunication and an unpracticed center caused the failure.
