THE STORY
In the 2005 Rome Masters, Andy Roddick faced Fernando Verdasco in the third round. With Roddick leading 6-7 (1-7), 7-6 (7-3), and serving at 5-3, 0-40 in the second set, the chair umpire called a serve out. Roddick, seeing the ball mark indicating it was in, overruled the call, allowing Verdasco to continue the rally. Verdasco eventually won the match 6-7 (1-7), 7-6 (7-3), 6-4.
